A Music Life: Vol I

A Music Life: Vol I is a compilation of songs from the Post Present Medium universe. 11 previously unreleased tracks from artists associated with the label and its mind expanding 25 year history. The tracks here span PPM's music life, including Manufactured Nature (Dead Banana Ladies, 2003), a teen inspired, bedroom "Crust Punk" tune before gears were shifted to form Mika Miko, to Smile Cracks / Same Old Same (Gun Outfit, 2026) a brand new opus from LA's own beloved Freak Fam. These are not the only nuggets contained in this comp, we have unearthed gems from Chronophage, Eric Copeland, The Spatulas, Brontez Purnell and more to give you a well rounded document of an underground music world that is both cemented and still taking shape.
