Founded in late 2008 and hailing from Tampere, Finland, the band has been noted for their unique sound and songwriting style ever since the release of their debut full length Eschatology in 2010.
A Song of Anger is the most complete concept album the band has conceived. The album is recorded predominantly live in the studio as has been the methodology with previous outings also. Many of the band’s old friends feature as guests on the album: the band’s original guitarist Arttu Kimmel (lead guitar on The Curse of the Atreides); Antti Loponen (lead guitar on Fame Everlasting) of Consciousness Removal Project; Minttu Tervaharju (lead vocals on Briseis, backup vocals on A Song of Anger), formerly of Ochre Room, who did backup vocals for the debut album; Markus Pajakkala (soprano saxophone on A Song of Anger) of Utopianisti and recently Von Herzen Brothers; as well as Pete Bingham (spoken word on A Song of Anger) of Sendelica.
