Act One

Jeremy Lloyd (music / lyrics / production) and Samantha Gongol (music / lyrics / vocals) are Philadelphia duo Marian Hill. Act One follows the duos critically acclaimed EPs Sway and Play, continuing to establish their signature sound with influences ranging from Ella Fitzgerald to Drake. Act One was written and produced in its entirety by the multi-talented duo, who have been collaborating in one form or another since high school. Their debut album blends blues and bass, acoustic and digital, classic and modern.
