Recorded in Bloomington, Indiana, before Triptides' relocation to Los Angeles and while their members were in college, the band's fourth album Azur released in 2015 evokes the fantasied landscapes of the Golden State with his long surf-friendly beaches of hot sand. This album is perfect for a hot and relaxed summer under the late sun. While properly settled in his contemporary indie-pop soundtrack, it also paved the band's way for a more sixties-influenced music. Azur remains one of their most accomplished work, a fan favourite that includes their hit single "Wake".
