Bach - The Art Of Life

Daniil Trifonov returns with an album dedicated to Johann Sebastian Bach, exploring the scientific, emotional and spiritual dimensions of Bach's cosmos, his faith, family, and world. Including "Jesus, joy of man's desiring", "Chanconne in D-minor", and other favourites coupled with works by J.S. Bach's songs. This follows the recent announcement of Trifonov being awarded with an Opus Klassik 2021 as Instrumentalist of the Year for his album Silver Age.
