Conceived as a poetry-rock band Lifeblud crafted exquisite folk inflected progressive rock tracks influenced by nature and environmental concerns. Recorded in 1971 and on vinyl for the first time, this studio set is the perfect companion piece for the highly regarded debut LP Esse Quam Videri. Housed in a beautiful blue gatefold sleeve depicting a Valkyries' moonlit vigil as she waits to accompany the soul of a dead warrior. Contains the only surviving heavy electric guitar track from their electric phase and the haunting alternate cut of “The Waxing of the Moon”.
