Bitter Suites To Succubi

Cradle of Filth's Bitter Suites to Succubi was released in 2001, following the success of their previous album, Midian, which was released in 2000 on Music For Nations. This album further solidified the band's rapid ascent to the top of the British metal scene in the early 2000s.

Bitter Suites to Succubi featured original tracks such as the popular "Born in a Burial Gown", as well as the band's signature grandiose gothic instrumental passages. The album also included reworked tracks from Cradle of Filth's debut album, The Principle of Evil Made Flesh.
