Blade II - Original Motion Picture Score - Deluxe Edition

The Daywalker returned to the big screen in 2002’s Blade II, with the auteur Guillermo Del Toro taking over directing duties. The film saw the titular character joining forces with an elite group of vampires in a fight against a group of mutant vampires plotting the demise of humans and vampires alike.

2LP - Varèse Sarabande’s 2 set marks the first-ever vinyl release of Marco Beltrami’s deluxe edition score, which comes in a gatefold jacket with brand-new art by acclaimed illustrator Micha Huigen.

2CD - Blade II was released as a 33-minute program by Varèse Sarabande in 2002, which has been nearly tripled in length for this 38-track, 97-minute Deluxe Edition 2-CD set. Liner notes by Daniel Schweiger incorporate new interview comments by the composer.
