Charlotte de Witte presents a new EP on the recently relaunched seminal British imprint NovaMute. It arrives after three acclaimed 2017 EPs from the rising Belgian artist, whose residencies and packed touring schedule have fuelled her reputation as one to watch. Brussels EP features three menacing techno cuts employing impeccable production technique and moody atmospherics. The title track is a restrained burner with stripped back beats over sweltering pads and vocals. Control pairs distorted speech with a whirlwind of rumbling bass frequencies, whilst Look Around You brandishes trance inspired crescendos with hypnotic percussion.
