This live set catches Talking Heads at Park West in Chicago on 28 August 1978, right in that early run when everything was snapping into place.

After opening the year in Europe, the band headed to the Bahamas to record their legendary second LP, More Songs About Buildings And Food. With that album arriving in July, they hit the road in support of it, and this show finds them sounding sharp, focused and fully locked in.

Blazing through material from their first two albums, Talking Heads come across here as a brilliantly tuned machine at full momentum. It is a fantastic snapshot of the group in 1978, road-ready and playing with real purpose.
