Daylight Storms

Brighton's Air Formation presents their third album. Drawing inspiration from 80s shoegazers like My Bloody Valentine and Slowdive, Air Formation comfortably fits in with the likes of Sigur Ros, Long View, and Mew.

The album, titled Daylight Storms, was recorded over the summer with producer Pat Collier and mastered by Shimmydisc / Bongwater maestro Kramer. Daylight Storms is considered Air Formation's most accomplished work to date.

The band's sound can be likened to Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky, and the roaring sound of jet engines. Air Formation seamlessly transitions from breathy escapism to futuristic terrorcaust in a matter of minutes, all while captivating the listener.
