Debauched Times

This debut album from British collective The Taboo Club bristles with purposeful rhythms, viciously crooned vocals and frenetic sax and guitar interplay as it’s 40 minutes pack in as wide a variety of genres as they can manage, from goth to soul; psychedelic pop to introverted balladry. Written with equal input from each member, it serves as an efficient introduction to the themes, styles and stories which fascinate the band.

Pressed in a limited run on cherry cola red vinyl, the album was recorded and mixed by Ryan Pinson, mastered by Pete Maher (Nick Cave, Lana Del Rey, Pixies, Nine Inch Nails & Depeche Mode) and features photography by Paul Ward (British Photography Awards winner for Fashion Photography 2020) along with artwork by Jonathan Payne.
