Dream Mixes Ultimate Edition I

Jerome Froese opens up his Tangerine Dream archive with Dream Mixes Ultimate Edition, starting with Parts I and II from 1995 and 1997. Created by Jerome Froese, the series shows how characteristic elements of Tangerine Dream can be reimagined in a modern form.

The Dream Mixes were created in the 1990s as standalone compositions, inspired by the creative renaissance in electronic music. Jerome Froese combined atmospheric sequences, hypnotic rhythms and complex soundscapes with production methods and styles ranging from ambient to progressive electronic dance music.

Released for the first time as remastered Ultimate Editions on a double CD in a digipak, each edition features the original album on CD 1 and rare or previously unreleased archive recordings on CD 2, including alternative mixes, radio edits, demos, working versions and bonus tracks.
