Dark Entries presents the debut album Dyke Den from Oakland duo Darlynn, made up of Daria Lourd, also known as Bored Lord, and her wife, vocalist Jaelynn Walls.
Across Dyke Den, Darlynn draw on a deep and wide set of influences, from Janet Jackson and Sly and the Family Stone to club visionaries Frankie Knuckles and Larry Levan.
The result is sophisticated, fully realised, and openly queered, with Darlynn shaping those inspirations into something distinctly their own.
