Dub Syndicate presents Hard Food, a classic album that showcases the talents of drummer Style Scott and bassist Flabba Holt, both members of the legendary Roots Radics band.

Together, they create powerful rhythms that form the foundation of the album, while producer Adrian Sherwood works his magic behind the controls.

The album also features guest appearances from iconic artists such as Lee “Scratch” Perry on the tracks “Dubbing Psycho Thriller” and “Dubaddisababa”, Michael Franti of Beatnigs and Disposable Heroes Of Hiphoprisy on “No No”, and tabla virtuoso Talvin Singh on several tracks.

This vinyl edition of Hard Food has been out of print for many years, but has been re-cut by Frank Merritt at The Carvery for this special release.

The album comes with an inner sleeve that includes rare photography by Coneyl Jay, as well as new liner notes by Rob Harris from Test Pressing.
