El Tiradito is the litte brother of Dean Owens' Sinner's Shrine album - Tracks from the Desert Trilogy that did not appear on that epic album - Most of them with Joey and John of Calexico
Together with 2 bonus tracks and a whole album of instrumentals that breathe the winds of the Arizona desert El Tiradito tells the dramatic and tragic adulterous life of farm hand Juan Oliveras.
