Electric Blue

Andy Bell revisits his 2005 solo debut Electric Blue with Extended Blue, a limited-edition deluxe triple multicolour blue vinyl. Available on vinyl again for the first time since October 2005, it restores the album’s full club-pop vision and adds bonus tracks and B-sides from the original sessions.

It arrives with a belated double A-side single, Love Oneself and Delicious, both newly mixed for 2026 and featuring Claudia Brücken. The sixteen-minute Love Oneself remix nods to late 1970s disco. Jake Shears joins Bell on I Thought It Was You.

Co-written and produced by Manhattan Clique, the album features the UK Top 40 hit Crazy. This edition includes liner notes by John Earls, new interviews with Bell, Philip Larsen and Chris Smith, plus sleeve artwork by James McWilliam using unseen 2005 photos by Tim Flach.
