Feedback Memory

Hackney Electronica come to Dark Entries with the Feedback Memory EP, featuring five cuts of acidic, rave-inflected wave. Quinn Whalley (Paranoid London), Unai Trotti (Cartulis Music) and Margo Broom (Hermitage Working Studios) formed the group during the COVID era.

Following their debut EP, Synaptic Shadows, the five pieces on Feedback Memory muse on the loss of self in the digital era and the fine line between pleasure and paranoia. Each track pulses like a memory from the backstreets of Hackney.

Dancefloor cuts Trapped in the Circuit and Six Foot Seven, featuring Mutado Pintado, sit alongside the tweaked-out wave of Feedback Memory and Lost Trip - Destino. It closes with Compressed Air, a lush, breakbeat-laced affair. Sleeve design by Germán Bardo.
