From hollowed-out corridors and whispering tunnels to soundsystem pressure in darkened rooms lit by a single intermittent light, Long Gone’s fifth release maps the contours of Miles J Paralysis’ mind.
Dub elements drift through the fog of post-punk disintegration, while echoing percussion and solemn vocals appear and fade like distant signals. It’s heavy with bassweight and foreboding, but never overwhelmed by its own density.
