Forgotten Island

Mutant, in partnership with Back Lot Music and DreamWorks Animation, brings the original soundtrack to Forgotten Island to physical format for the first time.

Music is central to the film’s emotional pull and cultural identity. From the start, filmmakers Joel Crawford, Januel Mercado and Mark Swift knew the soundtrack had to do more than drive the adventure. It needed to carry listeners into Jo and Raissa’s world while honouring the Filipino history, texture and spirit woven through the film.

To get there, they teamed up with composer Nathan Matthew David, whose background and connection to Filipino artistry made him a vital collaborator. Alongside his score, the soundtrack features performances from BINI, H.E.R., Liza Soberano, SB19 and more.
