The band released its sixth studio album, Gallery of Suicide, in 1998. Cult growler Chris Barnes (Six Feet Under) left the hellish combo after 'The Bleeding'. However, the change in singers did not harm the band in the slightest: Corpsegrinder once again proves on 'Gallery of Suicide' that he can easily rival his predecessor.
Musically, Cannibal Corpse unleashed an ultra-brutal, hyper-fast, and above all, mega-technical fiesta. Tons of killer riffs, hammer-hard breaks, and George's Gullivocals, which occasionally turn into extremely vicious screams, define this masterpiece. The material will torture your ears to the pain threshold, as the 14 songs have been powerfully and crisply produced by Jim Morris.
