Grease

The Flamin' Groovies are one of America's greatest, most influential, and legendary cult bands. Formed in the San Francisco area in 1965, they were part of the flower-power scene, but their music, 3-minute power-pop blasts, set them apart.

They have released numerous classic albums including Flamingo and Teenage Head. The punk era brought them a second life and a hit with the classic song "Shake Some Action".

Recently reformed and gigging, their collection The Skydog Singles Collection from 1973-1981 has been reissued. These singles were first issued on a French label in the 70's & 80's, some produced by Dave Edmunds, some recorded at Phil Spector's Gold Star Studios.

The reissue includes an 8-page booklet, photos, and notes by Marc Zermati in English.
