Hellfire Club

A piece of German metal history returns! Originally released in 2004, Hellfire Club marked an important milestone in Edguy’s history. The band’s sixth studio album combined their power metal roots with a heavier, more direct heavy metal sound and huge, anthemic melodies. From the powerful opener “Mysteria” and the epic “The Piper Never Dies” to anthems such as “We Don't Need A Hero”, “Down To The Devil” and “King Of Fools”, as well as the tongue-in-cheek “Lavatory Lovemachine”, the album features numerous songs that have long since become classics of the Edguy discography.

Hellfire Club was produced by Edguy, mixed by Mikko Karmila at the legendary Finnvox Studios in Helsinki and mastered by Mika Jussila. The album captured a band pushing their sound forward while combining heaviness, huge choruses and Edguy’s unmistakable sense of humour. More than two decades after its original release, Hellfire Club now returns on CD and as a double-vinyl edition.
