 Debut album by Swedish country/folk/blues collective Thisell gets a deserved UK release. The first in a trilogy of albums due to be released this album was recorded completely live in an old classroom in the village of Lur outside of Hässleholm, Sweden. They can be tagged under alternative,americana, swedish psychedelic, weird folk but the record itself is a thing of beauty. Maybe the aural equivalent of the scando noir tv series that are currently so popular.
