Produced by Teddy Randazzo “I Watched You Slowly Slip Away” was a featured on a Wigan Casino Anniversary CD collection. Howard sang in groups The Pearls and The Top Notes. 

The High Keys had a Top 40 hit in 1963 with “Que Sera Sera”, but “Living A Lie” from 1966 remains the group’s most sought after northern soul gem and was also was a featured on a Wigan Casino Anniversary CD collection
