Remastered by Kevin Metcalfe and Lawrence, the 2022 edition of the fourth Felt studio album from 1985 marks the first time they used keyboards. Produced by Robin Guthrie of Cocteau Twins and featuring the skyscraping vocal of Elizabeth Fraser on the mighty "Primitive Painters," Felt found themselves at the top of the independent charts.

However, they were unhappy with the overall sound, feeling as though some of Lawrence's best songs were lost in an ethereal swirl. John A. Rivers was given access to the original master tapes and remixed six songs. Side 2 has been focused, edited, and made symmetrical, allowing these songs to be heard as intended by Felt. Finally, the album has become a cohesive whole.
