In Sorte Diaboli is the band's first concept album. Now available as a limited edition gatefold natural with black, white and gold splatters, including an 8-page booklet. In Sorte Diaboli entered the Norwegian album charts at number 1 and reached number 7 in Germany. In the USA, the album reached number 43. In its first week, the album sold 14,000 copies.
