Wansel is a talented arranger, writer, musician, and performer known for his four albums for Philadelphia International Records, released in 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979.

Life On Mars was a big disco hit, followed by Disco Lights. Wansel continues to record and perform live, with recent appearances including London's Ronnie Scott's.

This collection has been digitally remastered and slipcased, with extensive new notes by Charles Waring.
