Lifers

Codefendants are a genre-smashing punk collective blending alternative, hip-hop and rock to create a sound they call ‘Crimewave’.

Formed by Fat Mike (NOFX), Julio ‘Ceschi’ Ramos and Sam King (Get Dead), the band fuse raw punk aggression with sharp lyricism, dark humour and street-level honesty. The Codefendants - three dangerous bastards with criminal records and musical ambitions - landed like a Molotov cocktail through the window of an industry built on lip-syncers and safe bets.

The trio’s new album Lifers includes the tracks ‘The Right Wrong Man’ featuring Fat Mike, ‘Rivals’ featuring The D.O.C. and current radio single ‘Lonely Life’.

Having smashed into the scene with their Album Of The Year-winning debut This Is Crime Wave, Lifers becomes a formidable follow up, consisting of Codefendants’ spin shattering blend of alt, punk and rock.
