Lon Gisland Ep

in 2006, beirut's 'gulag orkestar' came out of nowhere to capture the hearts of many. these are the first studio recordings made by the entire group - a sampling of songs featuring some sparkling playing adorning orkestar leader zach condon's songwriting. 'lon gisland' features four exclusive tunes and a full-band reworking of gulags' scenic world. this five-song ep was initially released on cd but now gets a glorious vinyl issue.
