Ma Belgitude

BOUM PATAT is the new electro fun metal project by Olivier Wittenberg, a Belgian musician with many musical lives. As the former drummer-composer of the band Manic Movement, he toured Europe throughout the 2000s,sharing the stage with iconic bands like Kreator, Moonspell, and Psychotic Waltz. He also performed at major festivals such as Graspop Metal Meeting. After a long break, Olivier returned to creation with renewed energy and a fully independent solo project. He composed, produced, wrote, and performed the entire album MA BELGITUDE on his own – a record that combines heavy metal with Belgian humor and old-school electronic influences (new beat, techno). For live performances, the duo is joined by Laurent Soulasse on bass and Maxime Demulder on drums.
