Minus The Magic

In 2026, Konstantin Gropper will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of his project “Get Well Soon”. The album “Minus The Magic”, released to mark the occasion, is the first of two albums he is releasing this year.

Thematically, Gropper explores the mid-life crisis in depth and addresses explicitly the fans with whom he grew up, but of course also younger listeners interested in rock from the 90s, 00s and 2010s. In contrast to earlier opulent arrangements, this time he opts for a stripped-back live band sound without a large orchestra – raw and fresh. It is the first album of his career that he has recorded live in the studio with his entire band.
