Moonhound EP

Culoe De Song makes his Crosstown Rebels debut with Moonhound, a three-track EP that folds organic and electronic textures into a stripped-back, hypnotic Afro-house frame. A key South African house figure since his 2008 breakout, he has also released with Innervisions, Mule Musiq and his own De Song Music.

Across more than fifteen years, Culoe De Song has shared line-ups with Black Coffee, Seth Troxler, Louie Vega, Carl Craig, Âme and Crosstown boss Damian Lazarus. Moonhound feels like a natural meeting point, built on percussive rhythms and a minimal core.

The title track drifts in with brooding rhythm, soft synths and organic detail. The Spiker brings a punchy bassline, vocal chants and crisp percussion. French house mainstay Manoo adds two remixes: the hypnotic Abstrakt Remix and the digital-only Club Remix, tuned for the floor.
