With each new record, Jonas Lundqvist gets ever closer to the very essence of his artistic expression.
His upcoming album, Noll personlig utveckling, due for release on October 23, is no exception. The album is quintessentially Jonas, yet at the same time surprising—both entertaining and painfully defeatist. Written at a treatment centre in Östergötland in October–November last year, the record was recorded live in the studio with Jonas’s touring band. Sarah Klang makes a guest appearance on the opening track, “En natt per år.”
