Diagonal presents NORMIFICATION, a stunning collaboration between Florian Hecker and Marcin Pietruszewski, via a beautiful 2CD + 2 16-page booklet pack by Zurich-based graphic design studio NORM. The project translates graphic design procedures and algorithmic processes into sound synthesis and composition through experimental auditory display—hence normification, rather than sonification. The work comprises 115 tracks mastered by Rashad Becker.
