After spending a month in complete isolation at a remote cottage in Wales, Max Cooper presents ‘One Hundred Billion Sparks’, his third studio album. In this album, he interrogates notions of identity while exploring the complex mechanisms that make each of us wonderfully unique.
The project can be appreciated for its complex foundations as well as its beautiful simplicity. Max refines his signature sound by pairing crystalline, microscopic sound with sweeping ambience and immersive textures, all across a range of tempos.
