Kefaya (Giuliano Modarelli, Al MacSween, and Joost Hendrickx) are known for their boundary- breaking fusion of global sounds and jazz, and the celebrated Hazara vocalist Elaha Soroor, a pioneering figure in Afghan music and the first female Hazara singer to perform on Afghan television, brings a voice of extraordinary emotional depth and power.
