Out of This World

Out Of This World is a compilation album by Edgar Froese, the leader of Tangerine Dream. Tangerine Dream was a pioneering band in experimental electronic music and space rock, selling more records than any other German band in history. The band recorded over one hundred studio albums, including classics such as Zeit, Phaedra, Rubycon, Ricochet, and Underwater Sunlight.

In addition to their studio albums, Tangerine Dream also created numerous movie soundtracks for films such as Risky Business, Near Dark, Firestarter, Thief, Sorcerer, and Legend. Unfortunately, founder and band leader Edgar Froese passed away in Vienna on January 20, 2015.

Out Of This World has been curated by Edgar Froese's widow, Bianca Froese-Acquaye. The compilation features music from Tangerine Dream's later work that held special significance to her. This double tangerine coloured vinyl release is a must-have for any fan of the band or electronic music enthusiast.
