Prelude to Heart Is A Lotus is a 1968 BBC Jazz in Britain recording now released for the first time. Joining Pianist Garrick is Saxophonist Don Rendell and much revered Miles Davis biographer Ian Carr, also a fabulous Trumpeter in his own right.
The acid-rock meets psych jazz title track is a bona fide 60s classic. The CD is housed in mini LP replica style packaging, while the LP is pressed on 180 gram vinyl.
