Revenir

Krishna Goineau, born in Sri Lanka in 1963, spent his youth in 1970s Barcelona, where he met Javier Hernando in 1978 and co-founded post-punk group Xeerox. In 1981 he moved to Düsseldorf, meeting Chrislo Haas and Beate Bartel.

Goineau became the singer of Liaisons Dangereuses, giving his unmistakable voice to the hit Los Niños Del Parque. By the late 1980s, living in Brussels, he sang and played keyboards in Metropakt and Veldorome with Jordi Guber. He now lives quietly in the south of France, focused mainly on painting.

Hernando began with Xeerox in 1979, then Melodinamika Sensor in the early 1980s, and produced Los Silencios de la Radio on Radio PICA from 1981 to 1987 and 1991 to 1996. Revenir is their first collaboration since Xeerox, mixing electronic and acoustic instrumentation, recorded in 2023 and 2024, and mastered by Martin Bowes of Attrition.
