Sam's Place

Little Feat's Sam's Place is a tribute to the blues, with percussionist Sam Clayton stepping into the spotlight as lead vocalist.

This album marks the band's first studio collaboration with Scott Sharrard on guitar and Tony Leone on drums, joining the ranks of longtime members Bill Payne on keys, Kenny Gradney on bass, and Fred Tackett on guitar.

Sam's Place was recorded at Sam Phillips Studio in Memphis, TN and produced by Little Feat and Charles A. Martinez.
