Sehnsucht is the second studio album by German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein. It was originally released on 22 August 1997 through Motor Music in Europe and Slash Records.
Rammstein construct a signature sound defined by driving guitars and captivating imagery, led by the "gentle ferocity" of lead vocalist Till Lindeman.
