Sirenades

Lina Nyberg has long been one of Sweden’s leading jazz vocalists, and she writes most of her own material. This double CD has two distinct sides, you might say. On the first disc, Sirens, she is backed by the Norrbotten Big Band. On the second, Monsters, she is accompanied by a quartet featuring David Stackenäs (guitar), Cecilia Persson (piano), Josef Kallerdahl (bass) and Peter Danemo (drums).
