Ghosts Of Our Former Selves is the words and vocals of Theo Brehony and production of Fred Ala surrounded by a core family - guitarist Sanderson Rocha and multi-instrumentalists Harry Hayward and Jonny Wengrowe. Theo and Fred are both award winning musicians from London, formerly signed to major labels. Between them, they have stories to tell - they've worked with iconic artists like Beyonce and Elton John and legendary producers like Gus Dudgeon (Elton John) and Robin Miller (Sade). Theo co-wrote and sang on the Freestyler's global hit Push Up.
