Few artists have shaped the sound of modern jazz as profoundly as Stan Getz. Renowned for his warm, lyrical tenor tone and effortless sense of melody, Getz is captured here in inspired form during a memorable performance at the legendary New Morning in Paris. Drawn from the celebrated Dreyfus Jazz Collection, this recording showcases a master improviser at the height of his powers, moving seamlessly between elegance, swing and emotional depth. The intimate atmosphere of the club places listeners just steps away from the stage, revealing every nuance of Getz’s unmistakable sound. Long unavailable and making its very first appearance on vinyl, this essential live document is presented with brand-new artwork created exclusively for this release.

This deluxe edition also features an OBI side strip, a printed inner sleeve and a stunning Opaque Dark Blue vinyl pressing. A timeless performance from one of jazz’s greatest voices, finally restored to the format it deserves for collectors and music lovers alike
