Born out of The Blood Brothers' 2024 reunion activity, Evil Island unites Johnny Whitney, Cody Votolato, and Mark Gajadhar, alongside Autry Fulbright of ...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead and OFF!, plus Todd Weinstock of Glassjaw.

More than a band name, Evil Island runs through Terraform The Afterlife as a connected dystopian world, reflecting a culture deep in AI-slopification, where every bad prediction lands early and humanity gets flattened into its cheapest possible file format.

Produced by Ross Robinson, the album features Alexis Krauss of Sleigh Bells on Melted Heart, Michael Gatto of XCOMM on Termantrixx, Jordan Blilie of The Blood Brothers on I Bought a Spell, and Guy Picciotto of Fugazi on T-Hexx, with backing vocals from Lis Di Angelo of Filth Is Eternal and Kaila “KT” Thompson of Upchuck. What began as a brief session became this thirteen-song debut.
