The Age Of Understatement

The Last Shadow Puppets’ debut wraps indie-rock melodrama in sweeping strings, galloping rhythms, and vintage cinematic grandeur. Alex Turner and Miles Kane trade swaggering vocals with effortless chemistry, making every romantic crisis feel gloriously oversized. Occasionally mannered but rarely dull, it is a stylish, confident record built for dramatic entrances.
