For more than a decade, Janette Davis was queen of the airwaves, as singing star of Arthur Godfrey's popular daily shows on both TV and radio.

Throughout that time, the sophisticated, sultry southern gal also recorded for Columbia Records, and here gathered for the very first time are every one of them, including her duets with Godfrey, almost all making their debut on CD, in pristine digital sound.
