In September 1977 Hawkwind undertook a UK tour to promote the album Quark, Strangeness and Charm. The shows were some of the finest of this era of the band, featuring Robert Calvert as a dynamic frontman.This exclusive Record Store Day release features all previously unreleased recordings newly mixed from the original multi track tapes. Mixed from the original 8-track master tapes by Ben Wiseman with Mark Powell at roadlake Studios, Hertfordshire in July 2022
