The ultimate gateway into Bowie's catalog, Ziggy Stardust opened the eyes, souls and hearts of entire generations. For me it was one of the first David Bowie albums I really listened to, sitting in my bedroom with headphones on, listening to the crackle on the 35-year-old record, and thinking no one but Bowie truly understood me. Musically a standout record as well, with one of the best backing bands of the time. Each listen will uncover another small intricate detail. A true gem
